A lot of people have to do that now, including one high school
principal. Henry Darby works at a Walmart overnight, stocking shelves
three times a week, and it's from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.,
so then he goes right from there to get to the school in time for the
first bell.
When his students found out that he was doing this, they asked, "why
are you doing that? Do we need to have a GoFundMe to help out with
your house? Are you gonna lose your house or your car?"
His response?
"I'm doing it because I want to help you."
When he was a teenager, after his parents passed away, it was church
members and other people in the community that stepped up,
and he says, "those people helped me get to where I am today, and now
it's my turn to pay that forward."
