The Mom Workout

I don't know if you roll your eyes at people that say "you don't have
to go to a gym to work out, you just have to incorporate fitness into
your whole day."

Amy is a mom, and has a more realistic fitness routine:

Carry your child around you for half the day, then sprint back to the
back of the house to figure out what your kids are screaming about.

Scrub dried cereal off the kitchen table in a circular motion.

Use the other arm to scrub the dried strawberries.

Do 200 squats to pick up toys off the floor.

Dance to the Paw Patrol theme song when it comes on.

Then when the day is over, toss and turn at night to get away from
your husband's snoring.

That's a full body, all day workout!
