Can Screens Give You Rest?

This was a really challenging thought from a pastor friend I know.

He said:

"we know how to detach, but I'm not so convinced we know how to rest,
because screens are not the same as Sabbath."

In the Bible, it talks about taking a Sabbath, taking a break.

It's a powerful message.

And if I'm sitting on the couch and I'm looking at my phone, could I
just sit there without looking at it?

Yeah, but man, that's going to take some work.
