You know those things that are in your head, those tasks you know you
need to do that cause anxiety, drain your energy, and really distract
you from being productive?
They're called open loops, things that need doing but don't really
have a deadline, plan, or decision in place.
Close those open loops by writing them all down and then write down
the plan to take care of it.
